Our project managers personally supervise completion of each project. The project manager is selected for each project based on his experience with the type of construction. In addition to the project manager, a project superintendent is selected for each job, again based on his experience. In this way strict day to day control over costs and work in progress is maintained, resulting in on time performance and satisfied customers.

Our Team
Founder Paul Gavic, graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering, brings over 25 years of design build Construction Management experience to this Hudson, Wisconsin based construction company.
Office Manager Verna Clark, Parks College of Business, Denver, Colorado, has worked 25 years in the accounting field and manages day to day operations and communications between clients, project managers, field employees and subcontractors.
Superintendent Nathan Manor, Has worked as a Carpenter/Supervisor for the firm since 1991.
