Description

Campus addition and remodeling including a 5,700 square foot addition housing administrative offices and a new main entrance and lobby. The 10,000 interior remodeling included new student services, health, childcare and bookstore areas as well as new mechanical and electrical distribution.

Gavic Construction personnel worked with the owner to phase these vital services in and around the college’s 12 month operating schedule. The new brick exterior is the focal pint of the New Richmond Campus’ facility.
